Confetti effects are simple in concept: aim the cannon, send the cue, and fill the moment with color or movement. In production, the details matter. The launcher must fit the available space, point in the correct direction, connect to the control workflow, and fire consistently when the moment arrives.
Impact FX Cannon Base Station brings those requirements into one compact professional platform.
Position the effect in any direction
Impact uses a 360-degree locking ball joint that lets crews aim a compatible electric cannon across a wide range of angles. Instead of accepting a fixed vertical or horizontal position, designers can direct confetti or streamers toward the part of the space where the effect will read best.
The low-profile, 12-by-12-inch base is easy to place along stages, runways, field edges, scenic units, and event perimeters. At nine pounds, it is manageable during setup while remaining a stable control point for the cannon.
Choose the control method that fits the production
Impact can be operated through 3-pin or 5-pin DMX, a switch pack, or a wireless remote. Three control options make the base station useful across productions of very different sizes.
A console-driven show can integrate each Impact into programmed cues. Smaller events can use a switch-pack workflow. A wireless remote provides direct triggering when a full control system is unnecessary.
Power-through connectivity helps simplify layouts using multiple units, while universal power support makes the system easier to deploy across changing venues.
Build the visual from the cannon
Compatible Impact electric cannons are available with tissue or mylar confetti, tissue or mylar streamers, and mini-confetti options in a range of colors.
Medium cannons produce effects reaching approximately 20 feet. Large cannons reach approximately 40 feet. Selecting the cannon size, fill material, color, quantity, and launch angle allows the same base station to support very different moments—from a focused accent to a coordinated arena-scale celebration.
Scale the system for the road
For productions using several launch positions, the four-unit Impact Tour Pack organizes four base stations in a road case with a retractable handle and wheels. That package helps crews keep launch hardware together through transport, load-in, and strike.
Impact supports 50/60Hz operation, is rated at 345 watts, and is backed by a 10-year warranty.
Whether the cue is a concert finale, sports entrance, graduation, wedding, parade, or brand reveal, Impact gives the production team repeatable control over where and how the effect launches.
