Returns are only accepted for unopened products in their original condition.
A return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Products must be properly packaged for safe return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the restocking fee.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us right away. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or a full refund without a restocking fee.
