Terms of Service for Master FX

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Master FX platform and services. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our platform. By accessing or using Master FX, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Master FX, you affirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use Master FX.

Master FX provides an online platform that offers foreign exchange (FX) services, including currency exchange, conversion, and related services. We aim to facilitate seamless currency transactions for individuals and businesses. However, please note that we are not a financial institution or a currency exchange market.

b) You shall not engage in any activity that may interfere with or disrupt the functionality of Master FX or the experience of other users.
c) You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of Master FX, its servers, or any systems or networks associated with Master FX.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in Master FX, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the property of Master FX or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any part of Master FX without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
